Fee Delivery and Estimation
Fees can be delivered before or after placing an order, in several different ways, including through our fee interface which allows per file fees to be pulled based on individualized file information. By reducing the chance of error we can help to minimize potential missteps during the disclosure process. By allowing our clients to get up to date fee information automatically, CFPB and TRID compliance become as easy as clicking a button. We can help make delivering the Loan Estimate a seamless process.
File Delivery
Our finished title commitments and related documents can be sent various ways to comply with both your business restrictions and the ever changing legal landscape. Through encrypted file transfers, secure e-mail, and direct integrations we can provide the property information that your business needs in a variety of formats. We custom tailor our delivery to match the processing demands of your products.
Closing
The closing process can also be tailored to the individualized needs of our clients. We can take closing scheduling requests in a variety of ways, including through our web based system, through XML, and through conventional means. Our system has safeguards in place to make sure that every closing is addressed and that all documents are delivered within your time frames. By getting our client’s expectations up front we are able to adjust our workflow to meet their specific needs. We understand that Closing Disclosure (CD) preparation needs to be done quickly and accurately and strive to make it as simple as possible for you.
Recording
We e-record in all locations where it is available to us. By e-recording we can speed up delivery of final documents and reduce the possibility of lost instruments. Our system tracks individual documents so we can make sure that recording is done accurately and on time. By e-recording we can cut days off of the recording process and simultaneously reduce our client’s costs.
